 3- 4   I2    UT MINUTE (usually zero, since end time of data accumulation nor-
                mally within a few seconds of the hour)
 5- 6   I2    UT SECONDS (usually zero, except for special events, when read-
                ings were not recorded within a few seconds of the hour)
 7-10   I4    BAROMETRIC PRESSURE (10 x mm Hg; normally read on the half hour
                before the end time of accumulated counts; during periods of
                drastic change, pressure equals average for the hour)
11-15   I5    RAW COUNTS/HOUR* (A-section; not corrected for pressure)
16-20   I5    RAW COUNTS/HOUR* (B-section; not corrected for pressure)
21-34   I14   SPARES reserved for additional independent monitor sections
35      I1    FLAG (usually zero; if A/B ratio not normal owing to accumulator,
                voltage supply, section threshold, or tube efficiency problems,
                then A or B section is re-normalized to the other)
                  1=A-section count rate normalized to B-section
                  2=B-section count rate normalized to A-section
                  5=A-section rate high because of ground level event
                  6=B-section rate high because of ground level event
