We have other options showing the two-dimensional absorption features: (1) Distributed frame plots and (2) Color-coded images.
(1)Distributed frame plots
Distributed frame plots of the absorption are represented for the two-dimensional 8x8 beams. The plots are useful to estimate spatial scale of the absorption region. An example is presented in Figure 3.
(2)Color-coded images
The absorption images are displayed by specific color codes. The image is useful to estimate spatial scale, formation and movement of the absorption features. An example is presented in Plate 3.
