3. Contents of Database:

The MU radar (Middle and Upper atmosphere radar) is the largest atmospheric radar in Asia, 
and the most capable atmospheric radar in the world. It has been observing the troposphere, 
middle atmosphere and upper atmosphere between 1 and 500 km altitude since 1984.
This database provides with the observational data (wind, electron density etc.) obtained 
by the MU radar at Shigaraki, Japan (136E 06' 32'', 34N51' 08'').
