データベースの概要：
（和文）  GEOTAILをはじめとするＩＳＴＰ衛星の観測デ−タを約１〜数分毎
          にデ−タベ−ス化する。
　　　　　ＮＡＳＡのＤＳＮの連続受信ＤＡＴＡを用いるので、原則として、
          デ−タは連続で抜けはない。Key Parameter デ−タ作成のソフトウ
          エア及び、そのクオリティチェックは各観測担当者の責任である.
（英文）  The satellite GEOTAIL, WIND, POLAR, SOHO and CLUSTER that 
          contribute the ISTP Program will produce a network of space
          observatories in the magnetosphere.  The summary data 
          designated Key Parameters are produced routinely at the
          Central Data Handling Facility (CDHF) at NASA/GSFC from the
          play back data received at the Deep Space Network and 
          distributed to the participating scientists of the ISTP 
          Program.
