| Contents | This database includes world-wide neutron observations (one-hour counts), from 1953 to present. Quality check procedures in a minimum level are applied by the WDC, mainly removal of apparent noises exceeding a 3-sigma level of normal fluctuations. The data format which has been employed is the LONGFORMAT with the data size of 4096 bytes for one month. This format has a header section including information on the data source, location of the station, altitude, coefficients and constants which are necessary to calculate real counts, contact point, and remarks for data usage. |
